He (and wife) have been our travel agents for years. They take care of every step of the trips we've taken - airfare, transportation to and from airports, hotels if needed and have gotten us the best rooms on board ships. They've kept on top of each booking and have even found a slight refund when the cost of a booking was lowered by the ship. You need these people!!!!!😁
